CD PROJEKT signed an acquisition agreement with Digital Scapes – a Vancouver-based development studio. Both companies have been in close collaboration since 2018.
Adam Kiciński, President and Joint CEO of CD PROJEKT made the following statements about the acquisition:

We particularly value their technical expertise – together, we intend to continue expanding our competencies in this regard, in order to streamline our development processes and enable further growth of CD PROJEKT RED.”
CD PROJEKT RED Vancouver will join three existing CD PROJEKT RED dev teams – in Warsaw, Kraków and Wrocław respectively – to jointly work on the Studio’s future releases. Marcin Chady, Vancouver studio head says:
“We’re very proud to become part of the CD PROJEKT Group. We are eager to pursue ambitious joint projects – we believe that our contributions to gameplay and technology will underpin the success of future CD PROJEKT RED releases.”
Digital Scapes employs over a dozen experienced game developers with various areas of expertise, including gameplay design, programming, and animation for all leading hardware platforms.
