Reality’s Landlord GO is the new augmented reality hit

Landlord GO

After the success of Landlord Tycoon, Reality released today it’s new game, Landlord GO. The new game is based on the same concept of the first one but this time, it’s with augmented reality. John Z. Woznowski, CEO of Reality described it as “playing Monopoly and Pokemon GO in one”. In the game, players can buy, sell, and collect rent on some of the world’s most famous buildings and landmarks. It’s also the first real-world augmented reality game that uses real buildings, real people, and real prices.

Landlord GO uses a massive pool of data

Reality’s latest tile uses a massive pool of data, including detailed information about more than half a billion real world properties. Furthermore, It connects the user to their city in an exciting and innovative new way that no other game can offer. According to Reality, Landlord GO is “incredibly accurate”. It reflects real-world values of properties using details like distance from the city center and building amenities. Anytime another player visits your property in real life, they pay you rent in the game. Each building has a unique daily performance based on real digital footprints. The more visitors your property gets, the higher its value. Moreover, to ensure the game has the largest playing field possible, the entire world was divided into 10billion unique plots with a little help from NASA. Reality Games uses its property data set combined with NASA satellite scans showing nighttime light emissions.
