The first 100% in-house game from TapNation is making waves.

In just three years, the French startup TapNation became one of the leading publishers of hyper-casual games, and the company’s very own studio TapNation Labs reached a major milestone. The studio’s first one hundred percent in-house game Figurine Art ranks top two worldwide with 5 million downloads.

Figurine Art is created from scratch by the French studio and it’s getting decent ratings too with 4.8 on App Store and 4.2 on Google Play. TapNation is an experienced publisher with 80 partner studios and 19 hit games so far, but the competition is always there in both markets. The studio’s first full in-house game becoming a hit in a market where the majority of games struggle even to survive is an impressive feat, no matter how you look at it.

Hervé Montoute, CEO of TapNation praised his teammates and said:

“Figurine Art is the result of the experience and expertise of our team! It also emphasizes one of our core values: creativity, which enables us to write our own success stories.

“We started 3 years ago, and with so many successful games already, we wanted to take on a new challenge and we are very proud of this great achievement.”

What is Figurine Art and how do you play it?

TapNation’s Figurine Art is an addictive game in which players create miniature models. They assemble the models and then paint them with their own creative designs. The game is available on both App Store and Google Play, just like the rest of the TapNation games.

The game has seen more than 5 million downloads in no time and reached the world’s Top #2, not only a major success for the French publisher but also a milestone in more than one way since it’s their first fully in-house game.
