Turkey-based Hyperlab’s value raises to $7.5M with recent investments

Crytek co-founder Avni Yerli and ACT Capital founder Ali Can Temel participated in the seed investment tour of Hyperlab, an Istanbul-based hyper-casual games developer.

Hyperlab was created by former workers of Crytek, Abdurrahman Kurt, Berat Can, Halit Altuntaş, and Utku Bayat. The Turkish company announced its value has reached a valuation of 7,5 million dollars now.

With this investment, Hyperlab is now valued at 7,5 million dollars and the company’s next goal is to recruit new faces and take the company to the next level. One of the main investors, Avni Yerli said:

“I believe in the story and potential of the Hyperlab team and am pleased to go on this road with them. I believe in the team and am confident what they are going to produce in hyper-casual and hybrid-casual spaces will have outstanding achievements.”

Hyperlab’s CEO Abdurrahman Kurt believes Avni Yerli’s unique experience, knowledge, and veteran status in the video games industry will also be invaluable to the studio.

The CEO Kurt talked further about the Turkish studio’s near future and the investment they received:

Hyperlab is an Istanbul-based mobile game development company that was founded in 2019. The studio reached millions of mobile gamers by getting to the top 5 in the United States with the game it developed recently.
